Revelations "Lost Archive" DLC, FIFA Street demo coming to Marketplace next week

A few days ago, GameStop revealed that a new DLC pack, "Lost Archive", was being released for Assassin's Creed: Revelations on the 28th February. The Major Nelson blog has confirmed that UbiSoft's unannounced downloadable content will be coming to Marketplace on that date. Major Nelson also revealed that a FIFA Street demo will be hitting on the 28th as well.

Given the poor reception of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1 from EA, the studio have decided to keep things focussed on the "core of the experience". That means no Kinect support like the first as they "didn't want to dilute" the team's efforts. The "atmosphere of the movie" and tight combat are priorities.

Call of Duty: Black Ops won't let go of the UK all formats chart fending off both Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood and Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit. They placed 2nd and 3rd respectively. The new Harry Potter game entered 20th. FIFA 11 has been pushed down to 4th and Just Dance 2 to 5th.

EA announces Kinect support for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows

EA has announced that Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 1 will be compatible with Microsoft's Kinect, enabling you to cast spells co-operatively with a friend when it releases this November on the Xbox 360. The game was demoed live at the EA Press Conference by James and Oliver Phelps, who play Fred and George Weasley in the movie. They played as Harry and Ron and showed us how the Kinect device can be used in the game. Expect more footage for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 1 soon.
