Sega and Obsidian Entertainment’s upcoming spy action-RPG Alpha Protocol appears to be heading for a major delay, at least if online retailers can be believed.
The game is currently down for late October however US retailer Gamestop now say June 1st next year, with Amazon Canada concurring a next summer date with June 27th.
Amazon US continues to advertise Alpha Protocol for October 27th. Recently developer Obsidian hit back against leaked minutes revealing a SCEA product evaluator thought Alpha Protocol was ”barely RPG”.
There’s been no word from publisher Sega yet, meaning that the action-RPG bound for Xbox 360, PS3 and PC is still thought to be arriving this year.
