CD Projekt RED has been keeping this quiet but now we learn that Geralt isn’t the only character we’ll be filling the boots of in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. There’s someone else needing our RPG skills.
Senior game designer Damien Monnier announced the surprise during The Game Awards last night. Who will we play? That wasn’t disclosed but the new trailer has multiple characters teased.
Could we play as Yennefer of Vengerberg? She’s a sorceress in The Witcher universe and not to mention Geralt’s ‘soul mate’, and supposedly leads Geralt on his more personal quest in The Witcher 3. Of course we could always play as the bard Dandelion and go on a Rock Band style tour of taverns.
The WItcher 3: Wild Hunt releases on PC, Xbox One and PS4 February 24th, 2015.
