In a desperate attempt to stop absolutely everybody from playing as Claptrap, Gearbox is apparently adding not one but two new characters to Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel.
We already know that Handsome Jack’s Doppelganger will be one of those characters, and the identity of the second may have also been discovered - Aurelia the Baroness.
Who’s that you ask? Well actually we’ve no idea. While every other playable character in the game has made an appearance somewhere in the series before, Aurelia seems to be new. Files revealing her addition were discovered by Seven Sins forum user TechnoJacker in a Steam update.
Other than the fact she looks pretty damned refined, we don’t know anything about the Baroness’ skills or… work history at this point. Presumably she’ll be included in the game’s Season Pass, but we’ll have to wait for a response from Gearbox to know for sure.
