Dragon Age: Inquisition creeps ever closer to release, and Bioware is firing trailers at us like arrows from an elven longbow. My, that was a tortured metaphor.
The latest showcases Inquisition’s chaotic combat and spiffy new graphics engine, and also highlights three of the companions you can recruit; Iron Bull, Sera and Dorian.
I do sort of worry that Inqusition’s combat looks a bit too crazy. Look at all those spell effects and smoke bombs going off, how are you ever going to keep up with all that? Still, it’s the story and characters you come for in a Bioware game rather than the swordplay, and the three shown off here look like they’ll be fun traveling companions.
Iron Bull’s the merry Qunari merc, who eschews the grumpy philosophising so popular among his race in favour of hitting things very hard with a big hammer, Sera is the kill-crazy elven archer, and Dorian has a fantastic moustache.
Dragon Age: Inquisition is poised to invade our realm this November 18 in the US and November 21 in Europe.
