Hitman has been a beloved franchise for over 15 years. The announcement of a new Hitman game at E3 gained a deserved amount of buzz from fans starved for a new game since Hitman: Absolution came out in 2012. Now, a beta has been announced for the game and the details will be shared in a trailer in a few days.
The Beta and trailer were announced via the official Hitman Twitter. Access to the Beta will be available to any players that pre-order Hitman on PS4 or PC. Strangely, Xbox One is missing out on this one. In any case, a trailer is promised to share in-depth details about what players can expect from the Beta.

Hitman is a legendary franchise featuring the iconic character, Agent 47. In these games, players take on the role of 47, taking contracts and unraveling conspiracy and corruption. They’ve always embraced a play-how-you-want style, offering the player a massive arsenal of weaponry and tools of the trade, as well as environmental options to make the job look like an accident and be a true silent killer. The newest entry is intended to take the series back to its roots and lay the foundation for future installments under the development of IO Interactive and published by Square Enix.
The sixth entry in the series is slated for March 11th, 2016 on PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Stay tuned for the trailer and more information on the Beta.
