The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt’s 1.03 patch is available now on Steam and GOG.com, and brings a number of changes including new graphics options and general stability and performance improvements.
It’s the first step towards smoothing out the game’s rough edges, and perhaps adding in a little bit of extra visual flair - CD Projekt has admitted that the game’s graphics were tuned down a bit since its impressive VGX demo.
”Considering our values, hiding is the last thing we ever want to do,” said developer Marcin Iwinski. ”And for those who are still not 100 per cent decided, I definitely encourage them to wait and see what we will be releasing in patches, updates and whatnot.”
