TaleWorlds Entertainment will be unveiling for the first time the new Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord. Unfortunately its live gameplay sessions will be private at Gamescom.
The press will get to salivate at the current state of the sequel, which is set two centuries before Mount & Blade Warband but takes the series forward ”by greatly expanding gameplay” in all areas.
The very first playable alpha build of the Mount & Blade released back in 2005, and its latest Viking Conquest DLC came out last year. Now TaleWorlds is ready to jump to a full sequel for the sandbox RPG. The series has accumulated over 6 million sales throughout its lifetime.
Gamescom 2015 runs August 5-9 with public access from August 6th.
