We’d sort of been assuming that Mass Effect 4 would be available on PC, given the history of the franchise, but it’s nice to have some confirmation directly from Bioware.
The game’s creative director Mac Walters assured fans on Twitter earlier this month that he’s been reviewing the PC version of the game and it’s ”looking great”.
”I was just reviewing on PC today,” Walters writes. “Looking great!”
That quote suggests that Bioware actually has a workable build up and running on PC, which is pretty exciting. Scraps of info on Twitter are really all that we have to go on regarding the next chapter in the studio’s flagship franchise.
We do know that it will be a standalone story with no direct connection to the adventures of Commander Shepard, and that it won’t use the same template as Dragon Age: Inquisition. There’s a Mako in it. Probably some krogans. I’m grasping at straws here.
Here’s hoping we find out more about Mass Effect 4 this year.
