While Bethesda has started to become a prolific publisher, their development has begun and ended with Fallout and the Elder Scrolls. A hint may have just slipped out about what they’re working on next.
We already knew thanks to last month’s DICE talk that the company is working on three new ”big and crazy” games, but thanks to a recently uncovered batch of new job listings (thanks, Gamesradar) we know just a bit about what those projects may entail.
Each listing suggests that they have a ”team that is pushing the bleeding-edge of RPG development for the PC and consoles,” so speculate as you choose. While Fallout 4 was a solid game, it wasn’t exactly a huge innovator over previous Bethesda games, so I’m interested to see what the studio considers a bleeding-edge project. Of course, given how close to launch Fallout 4 was even announced, it could be quite some time before we know more.
