It's almost time for Inferno to make its debut - and we're not talking about the new Tom Hanks movie here, either. Sorry, Dan Brown fans!
After being excluded from competitive competition, everyone's favorite European warzone is coming back to Counter Strike: Global Offensive following more than a few tweaks and alterations.
While it's unclear whether the explosive chickens will make their triumphant return in the quaint village of de_inferno, it's certainly become a more vibrant place to ultimately paint red with the blood of your enemies.
Recently reappearing on the game's beta test client, Inferno has been poked and prodded in further attempts to eliminate 'crouch spam' along the narrow pathways.
They've also added a strangely convenient notification and follow-up guide to help any players experiencing a noticeable drop in frame rate caused by having the Windows 10 Game DVR function running without their knowledge. A peculiar detail, but likely one aimed at easing their support forums for the time being.
The full, and surprisingly light, patch notes can be found over on Reddit for now. Play through the game's beta client to check the place out for yourself, or just skip through the video down below.
