Romance of the Three Kingdoms 13 is now available for pre-order on Steam, but despite the entire store page being written in English, the game itself is in Japanese and Chinese, with no English localization or subtitles at all. Frustratingly, there is an English version of the game - but for Asian markets only.
The Steam DB for the game shows “Romance of the Three Kingdoms 13 - English”, with a Store or CD Key billing uploaded on 1st December, 2015. Whether it’s for the Asian markets only or if it’ll come to Western markets remains to be seen.
The Steam page states that this iteration of the game is ”the ultimate depiction of the Three Kingdom,” promising ”human drama” and ”spectacular battles” with China depicted in full 3D ”as each character plots and battles to expand their territory, and much more.”

Romance of the Three Kingdoms is due to be released on 27th January 2016. Hopefully by then, the game will include English localization. Stay tuned.
