Ubisoft has announced a new vampy downloadable content pack for Hitman, which adds 10 new challenges for Agent 47 while dressed in a stage vampire costume. The publisher also released two new Escalation Contracts packs, while revealing the planned Elusive Targets will be delayed til April.
According to the publisher’s press release, ”In the coming weeks, we’ll be releasing The Vampire Magician Challenge Pack to give you even more new things to do. This pack features ten new challenges inspired by community activity, all requiring you to wear the Vampire Magician disguise while taking down targets using a range of different methods.” The update has no set launch date yet.
Two Escalation Packs were released yesterday, however. The Osterman Mosaic puts players in a mansion where they must use a sabre to eliminate a target as one of the objectives. ”On top of that, you’ll need to be quick to hide bodies, avoid some extreme security measures and take down an additional target - and you’ll need to do all of that fairly quickly.” The Gemini Fiasco takes place in Paris and features fan-favourite Helmut Kruger. This pack involves security cameras and poison.
However, Ubisoft also announced that the Elusive Targets update will be delayed til April, to coincide with the next Sapienza episode. ”Next week, you’ll know exactly when Sapienza will arrive. Stay tuned for that,” promised the publisher.
