This year, Steam's practically famous sale has taken a slight turn. Usually involving some kind of elaborate community game to have users reach into the wallets a little more, this time Valve is joining in with award season - but they're looking for name suggestions for the final category.
Unlike the BAFTAs or Geoff Keighley's own Game Awards, Valve's take on dishing out accolades takes a more comedic approach similar to the winning entries of their Saxxy Award season.
It isn't really clear why you'd go through the trouble to nominating and reviewing a game for each of the pre-selected categories, but if you're into the peculiar leveling system of a Steam account, you'll likely appreciate the XP awarded for each entry.

You can head on over to here to cast your votes in categories like "Just 5 More Minutes" award, "</b>Best Use Of A Farm Animal</b>" and the hipster favorite "I Thought This Game Was Cool Before It Won An Award". So whether that last one means you get to hate your own game, or award it an award for already winning an award is likely up for debate.
You'll earn an exclusive 'badge' for nominating games in each category, actually playing the game you nominate and then writing or updating your review of one of the nominated titles. The more tasks you complete, the fancier your badge will look.
