Those high-resolution Bulletstorm screenshots leaked around the middle of the year never did pertain to any kind of announcement at E3 or Gamescom shortly after, but the constantly interesting Brazilian Advisory Rating Board may have finally let slip another clue as to if, or even when, we'll see Bulletstorm return.
Allegedy coming from Gearbox Software, the board site has listed "Bulletstorm: Full Clip Edition" for a 2017 release with the platforms of choice being PC, PlayStation 4 and the Xbox One.
The completely over the top shooter was originally released in 2010 by then Epic Games-owned developer 'People Can Fly'. Though publisher EA appeared to have left it for dead at release, the title went to be reviewed favorably and become the best selling new IP of the year.
Despite its popularity, the PC version of the game was relatively buggy - which made it a prime candidate for falling off the face of the earth once the attached 'Games for Windows Live' system shuttered a few years later.
So when will we see this hopeful remastering? Well... next year, apparently. Though we still need official confirmation.
