It's a bumper month for Blizzard fans as they continue to push out the updates mentioned during November's Blizzcon event. With a major Diablo III patch out of the game, it's time for Heroes of the Storm to gain a villain with Zul'jin.
Shown off late last year with one of the game's most visually impressive skins, the old Amani warlord comes showing off the tusks he used to hide behind is signature face mask.
Not content with simply issuing a new playable character, Blizzard have further spun the wheels to ensure everyone gets something out of the first patch of the new year. There's plenty of character alterations all over with Arthas gaining more defense to make up for his lowered health and regen and Nova completely losing her Tactical Espionage passive ability. It's likely easier for you to check out the patch notes in full. 7 characters have seen changes, so now would be a good time to familiarize yourself with the information.
Waiting on the next major ARK: Survival Evolved update? The Tek Tier arrives later this month
Wasting no time, Blizzard have already made sure players will have enough reason to shell out their Christmas cash to pick up Zul'jin from the get-go. Though purchasing with in-game cash is always a possibility, you'll have to grab the Emberlord Zul'jin character and skin pack if you want that elusive Amani War Bear mount. Those purely focused on high-level player, however, will be happy to see the introduction of the new Tournament Draft custom game allowing everyone to switch their Hero Picks between drafts.
Again, there's far more coming into the game than a simple additional character today. While it's best to prepare for the waves of Zul'jin heading your way, be sure to look up the rest of the character changes too.
