Ahead of the livestream planned for later today, FunCom have released all-new footage of Conan Exiles showing off the brutality a player can hurl at another's city.
Building upon what we've seen in previous trailers, this time we're taking another trip to the development offices to learn a little more about the building aspect of the survival sim. With a simple point and click tile-based interface in place, it shouldn't take long to build up a nice looking war-hall, home or labyrinth if you choose.
Further pushing the idea of the day's live stream, we're given a closer look at just what they mean when they mentioned plans to build a structure on the side of a building. Along the side and straight up onto its peak, a mountain-side home could either be the perfect way to slow the advancements of a approaching enemy or a choke point that could later only get in the way of your defenses.
What are they up to? Focus Home Interactive teased The Plague for their own convention next month
Cementing the idea of Avatars being your go-to response when on the offensive, we're show the power of religion yet again. An alter will always be required to summon the mighty beasts; so while your numerous crafting benches and wise thralls could make you the weapons to slowly chip away at your neighbour's castle walls, putting a giant foot through them seems like the easier approach.
Those interested in watching the live demonstration of the house-building tools in action can head over to the FunCom Twitch channel at 19:00 Central European Time. Conan Exiles arrives in Early Access at the end of the month.
