It came as a welcome surprise to hear of KOEI TECMO's plans to more readily support the PC platform during their year's end blow-out even last month. Announcing additional details of their first push of the year, two older games will arrive with all the bells and whistles.
The first two titles to be announced for a Western PC release through the company - Atelier Sophie: The Alchemist of the Mysterious Book and Nights of Azure - are both due early next next. But what about their post-release DLC?
Well, you'll be happy to hear that all available DLC for each title will be instantly available through a standard purchase of either. With both GUST titles making the jump on the same day, however, there will be an incentive to encourage those interested parties to pick up both - a generous 20% discount.

Atelier Sophie's DLC inclusions offer a handy array of items, a choice of background music from past Aterlier games, the 'Hidden Archive' map and a selection of costumes for Planchta - like the Silver Tail, Viorage and Lady Sabre. Nights of Azure, on the other hand, doesn't have much going for it other than the included 'Gust-chan' support character available for summon within battles.
Both titles in question are ports of those released last year for the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita systems. Pushing forward with their plans, however, means the upcoming Atelier Firis will be the first all-new title in the franchise to see a simultaneous PC release. No word on individual pricing just yet.
