They're not letting us go. Not yet, anyhow. Despite the relatively low rate of Planet Coaster updates since launch week, the trickle was a taste of the storm with the upcoming April update bringing a little of everything.
Set to land on April 11, we're still about a month away from the Spring Update spoken of in legend - or, though Steam log updates, anyway.
Hoping to boost the already 100,000 strong community creations through the Steam Workshop, the update brings new traditional coasters, track and flatrides alongside unruly guests that may pop up should your park not satisfy their desires or warrant the inflated $40 entry free.

New traditional coasters set to arrive include the Steel Hydra, Trident and Bakasura - with the later being a meaner version of the shuttle coaster that came before. The upcoming 'Tracked Ride' likely isn't what you're expecting - it's better. Go Karts! Thanks to the usual editing suite, you'll be able to make a track that snakes around in whichever way you desire. With a bit of tweaking, it may be possible to have drivers weave between the tracks of coaster for some F-Zero-esque thrills.
Flatrides include the Elixir Machine, Big Wheel and ZoZo - an iconic ride from the real world. Delving back into the idea of vandalism, the new Crime and Security feature has undesirables like pickpockets, vandals and other crooks worm their way into your pack in an attempt to dismantle the family utopia and make a quick buck. Thankfully, you'll be able to plant CCTV cameras throughout the premises and hire additional security to keep things in check.
