Resident Evil 2 Remake is out on January 25, but right now you can play a special One Shot Demo for 30 minutes - unless you extend that time. In the West Office there is a strange safe - but what is the Resident Evil 2 demo safe code?
The safe combination doesn't appear to be in the demo, so how do you get inside? What is locked in the safe? Where is the safe in the first place? And most importantly, what is the Resident Evil 2 safe code? We've got all the answers below - including the combination.
What is the Resident Evil 2 Remake West Office Safe Code?
The West Office is located on the first (ground) floor of the Raccoon City Police Station, and you'll have needed to have received the knife (to cut through the taped box to open the shutters to Reception) and then crawled through the window in the Operations Room. The West Office is a large room full of desks, with a zombie slumped at his desk on the left as you enter.
On the right is a small room with a zombie on the floor, who will rise as you approach. The safe is in this small room. Kill the zombie first, and then approach it.
While the combination lock is not obviously in the demo area, it can still be opened if you know the code. Here is the Resident Evil 2 West Office Safe Code:

So what's inside the safe? Is it worth all this hassle? Actually, yes, it is. In the safe is a Hip Pouch, which allows you to carry another two inventory blocks' worth of items. There's another one of these on the top floor of the station, in the attic area with the artwork. Very useful - in fact, probably the most useful items in the game.
