Locations of all Shadow of the Tomb Raider Monoliths
Shadow of the Tomb Raider Monoliths - Peruvian Jungle Monolith
The first Monolith is a Quechua dialect, and it's located in the area above. The treasure is located just back the way you came from, up a little hill.
"Two serpents guard life and death, I lie trapped within their eternal struggle."
Shadow of the Tomb Raider Monoliths - Kuwaq Yaku Monolith #1
Kuwaq Yaku village has three Monoliths, and the first is another Quechua dialect one. This one is just over the lake. The treasure is a little way away, underwater, next to a stone head.
"Take a deep breath and find me right under another’s nose."
Shadow of the Tomb Raider Monoliths - Kuwaq Yaku Monolith #2
The second Monolith is a Mam dialect, and it's just in the main temple on the side. The treasure is in the same room, behind the statue with both fangs and feet.
"Two guardians have fangs, two guardians have feet. One guardian has both to better protect me."
Shadow of the Tomb Raider Monoliths - Kuwaq Yaku Monolith #3
This is another Mam dialect Monolith, and it's in a raised part of quite a wide area. The treasure is beyond a fallen tree, where a wooden door is pinned with arrows.
"I lie silent where arrows once flew, guarding a door which will no longer open."
Shadow of the Tomb Raider Monoliths - Hidden City Monolith #1
This is another Mam Monolith, and it's located on a little island. The treasure is located on the lake floor below the nearby waterfall.
"The waters below protect me from the waters above."
Shadow of the Tomb Raider Monoliths - Hidden City Monolith #2
By the entrance to the Mountain Temple is another Mam Monolith. There are four towers in the area, and the treasure is below the smallest one, at the bottom of the hill.
"The youngest of four turns the back on his brothers, unable to speak as I lie in his mouth."
Shadow of the Tomb Raider Monoliths - Hidden City Monolith #3
This is another Quechua Monolith, on the east side of the city being worshipped. Just to the west is a statue in a corn field, which you should dig next to.
"A lone sentry stands guard over me and his harvest."
Shadow of the Tomb Raider Monoliths - Hidden City Monolith #4
The first Yucatec Monolith is red and to the south of the city. Follow the little canal and eventually you'll get to the treasure spot.
"Canals bring water to the arid parts of the village, and they washed me away."
Shadow of the Tomb Raider Monoliths - Hidden City Monolith #5
The next Yucatec Monolith is to the east, in a path away from the temple. At the top of the stairs you'll see two statues with a small wall between them. Search by the feet of the one facing the stairs.
"They stand back-to-back, two brothers in arms. I lie at the feet of the one who watches the shaded serpent."
Shadow of the Tomb Raider Monoliths - Hidden City Monolith #6
You'll find the next Yucatec Monolith on the way to the prison, as part of the main story. There's a nearby path which requires a shotgun to open. Head in and the treasure is by the totem here.
"A once ferocious warrior, raided as a warning. I fell from his mouth and now lie beneath him."
Shadow of the Tomb Raider Monoliths - Hidden City Monolith #7
The final Hidden City Monolith is another Yucatec one, and it's quite close to #4, in the middle of a marketplace. There are golden birds hung around the place. Go up the nearby stairs and you'll see hanging in a tree, next to a woman. Dig here.
"Seven golden birds perched, here and there. One escaped to the trees with his treasure. Dropped from his talons, I'm waiting for you."
Shadow of the Tomb Raider Monoliths - Mission of San Juan Monolith
The game's final Monolith is in the Mission of San Juan, later on in the story, and it requires a level 2 Quechua dialect. Near a base camp, head up the ruined building and shoot a rope arrow across the gap, then head over to the Monolith. Head down to the nearby lake and jump off the platform. Right in the centre of the lake, underwater, is a group of stones that resemble a large turtle. Dig near it to find the final treasure.
"I swim with a turtle, seen only by those who let fear fall away."
