Those Wizards, you know the ones by the coast? Well they’ve decided to bring Magic: The Gathering to Xbox LIVE Arcade with Stainless Games to develop and with Mind Control to create the PC and MAC versions of the game.
Magic: The Gathering arrived in 1993 and combined the strategy of a card game, coupled with the insatiable urge to trade and collect, that’s sinister sorcery for you.
”We’re excited to bring the Magic brand to new platforms and give our fans new ways to experience this great property,” said Jared Gustafson, Brand Director for Magic: The Gathering at Wizards of the Coast. ”It’s partnerships like these that will advance the strategy games category and transform it to meet the needs and desires of today’s digital gamers.”
