Microsoft has rewarded DTP Entertainment with the status of 3rd party publisher for the Xbox 360, which means it’ll now be able to develop and publish games for the Xbox 360.
“This is a crucial step on our path to becoming a multi-platform publisher. Our first Xbox 360 title will be announced shortly”, declared Markus Windelen, COO of dtp entertainment AG.
Windelen adds, “Products for the next generation consoles and further international expansion are important milestones for dtp. So far we have been publishing our games mainly on PC and the Nintendo systems; several Wii titles are in the works. Thanks to our newly gained Xbox 360 publisher status we are able to sharpen the image of our new release line-up for the purpose of successful international distribution”.
