Activision has conceded that the cover art for their ‘SCORE International Baja 1000: The Official Game’ was indeed rather similar to THQ’s own Baja game box art.
The publisher has decided to withdraw the design and plaster a new one in its place, THQ is happy enough with Activision’s course of action they’ve dropped the lawsuit. Bless.
Activision’s Baja game has already released so the ‘offending’ box art has already made the trip to the shops, luckily THQ seems to have forgiven that.
