Publisher Take-Two will always include either DLC or multiplayer for all future games they say, and it’ll be decided which, or both, title-by-title.
Rockstar have now also revealed the name for the second episodic DLC for Grand Theft Auto IV. It’s called ‘The Ballad of Gay Tony’ and brings an ”overdose of guns, glitz, and grime.”
”As Luis Lopez, part-time hoodlum and full-time assistant to legendary nightclub impresario Tony Prince (aka “Gay Tony”), players will struggle with the competing loyalties of family and friends, and with the uncertainty about who is real and who is fake in a world in which everyone has a price,” revealed Rockstar Games.
Previously it was thought to be named ‘Blood and a Four Leafed Clover’ but that was a bogus rumour it seems. This second DLC is exclusive to the Xbox 360 and will land this fall for the same price as ‘The Lost and Damned’ at 1600 Microsoft Points.
Rockstar are also releasing a disc bundle for the two episodes at retail, which won’t require you to own the original GTA IV game disc - it’ll be priced at $40. Take-Two’s sudden pinky swear to include extra content through either DLC or multiplayer came from their Q2 earnings call.
