Take-Two just keep on pouring out the numbers at their fiscal conference shindig, revealing that Rockstar Games’ 2008 GTA IV reaches 15m.
A PC version released a year later, with both DLC episodes heading for PS3 and PC this month. BioShock 2 has helped shift more BioShock.
The BioShock IP has now peddled 7m copies to gamers, with the sequel having only launched last month and achieving 3m. “We’ve seen an impact on our BioShock back catalog as a result of BioShock 2,” said CEO Ben Feder, ”and we are pleased with that.”
The Take-Two boss wouldn’t be drawn on unannounced DLC plans for the hit title, or what their financial expectations of them would be. The Lost and Damned and The Ballad of Gay Tony reach PC and PS3 by the end of March, ending exclusivity with 360.
BioShock 2’s first DLC piece is due out sometime this month too.
