Publisher Codemasters were to handle the European operations for the upcoming space bound MMO, but they just like everyone else have been waiting forever. Codemasters paid around $1.4m to help cover the cost of development for Netdevil.
Now they’re sick of waiting and are calling it quits but not before they get all their invested monies back through court with a civil suit claim. Netdevil and parent company Gazillion Entertainment are in their sights. Will this delay Jumpgate Evolution even more?
Codemasters want compensation for all the European PR, servers, website and community teams they ran while waiting for the MMO since early 2009.
