Konami and MecurySteam are already underway with a sequel to Castlevania: Lords of Shadow according to the game’s composer Oscar Araujo.
Araujo was asked by Konami to produce a ‘rough and aggressive’ score to distance it from the series’ ”effeminate” image of the past. Konami quiet.
”If you liked the first, hope that the second is even more spectacular,” Oscar Araujo said over Spanish radio. It’s already confirmed that Konami has MecurySteam working on a new videogame already, but is it really another Castlevania?
Konami has issued the standard ”no comment” response, which in itself is a comment, thus rendering the statement ‘no comment’ moot. Castlevania: Lords of Shadow released on Xbox 360 and PS3. Have you played the new age Castlevania?
