Uncharted 2: Among Thieves blows past 1m US sales, reveals Sony

With the NPD report out, Sony confirms that Naughty Dog’s brilliant sequel to Uncharted has managed to punch through the 1m barrier.

Its October debut month in the US saw 575k copies move into gamer hands, winning many accolades and raking in critical acclaim. Good boy.

We of course put some time in with Nathan Drake’s return, and had a splendid time of it ourselves. It has been the fourth best selling hot title for 2009 on the PlayStation 3 platform. Although 1 million copies sold doesn’t seem to do it justice, frankly.
