Apparently Blizzard posted the official beta FAQ for StarCraft II on the website, only to then rip it down fast noticing their most tantalising mistake.
Avid fans got a hold of it before that happened, with the Internets now spilling the juicy details. It looks completely real enough…
”We can’t confirm the validity of this FAQ because we do not find it published on any Blizzard sites and the person who submitted the news tip requested to remain anonymous as well as their source which was not disclosed to us,” reports fansite StarCraft Source.
The full thing is on their site. Developer Blizzard said last week that StarCraft II’s beta period will be starting this month, thanks to progress on Battle.net 2.0, which they said was the cause of the delay given the scope of the huge changes they were making.
