The multiplayer beta for Halo: Reach was scheduled to switch off today but developer Bungie has extended the playtime until tomorrow.
That means you get today to squeeze out the last of the beta goodness, as it switches of ”at 10AM PDT” Thursday. Over 14m games first week.
That’s about over 29 years of game time and 157 million kills racked up, all in the first week of Halo: Reach’s multiplayer beta. That means that Reach has beaten the rather large affair that was the Halo 3 beta way back when.
”Our official plans as of now are to turn off the Reach beta on Thursday, 5/20 at 10AM PDT,” Bungie told Joystiq. Have you been playing Bungie’s latest Halo craziness? Reckon about a million of those kills belong to your leetness?
