”Kojima told me,” said Shikura-san, reports Kotaku, ”that he wanted to make an adventure game. We’re at the still stage where we need to go to a secluded spot in the mountains and hash this project out, and thus, we don’t have any of the minute details hammered out.”
Exactly what this adventure game is about remains a mystery as Shikura-san wouldn’t budge with details, instead saying it was up to Hideo Kojima to spills details. A while back Kojima-san twittered his next project would ”challenge a certain type of taboo.”
It’s worthwhile to note that Japanese media company 5pb, whose boss is Chiyomaru Shikura, has made success out of handling erotic games and dating simulators. ”If I mess up, I’ll probably have to leave the industry,” said Kojima-san back in April.
