Little has been seen on the Metal Gear Solid: Rising front since its announcement at E3 last year. No more.
The latest Kojima Productions Report has confirmed the development team that worked on MGS4 and MGS: Peace Walker are now working on Rising.
“Every once in a while we do this (move around) as one project finishes, then the next project starts up, so the key people have to relocate. Peace Walker’s winding down so Rising is winding up, so people have got to move around,” commented presenter Sean Eyestone.
There’s lots of rumours surrounding the game, such as a Christmas release date, but we could be seeing some hard facts as soon as the latest issue of EGM.
It’ll be released on PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC, although the announcement was made during Microsoft’s press conference, so who knows how that will affect things.
Stay tuned.
