A voice actor has told a prominent magazine that they had recorded dialog for the long-delayed final chapter of the Half-Life 2 episodic trilogy, Half-Life 2: Episode Three.
Since audio recording is usually recorded late in development after the team has already finished level design, dialog scripts and character design, it could be Episode Three is close to completion. Valve has always been notoriously quiet about its projects in development; Half-Life 2 went years without the publisher uttering a peep about the title before a surprise announcement in 2004.
Analysis: This new revelation makes the T-shirt incident even more intriguing, as well as its proximity to the Spike TV Videogame Awards. Could Half-Life 2: Episode Three be making a surprise debut later today?
