The Bethesda blog has posted an update that a patch has already been submitted for certification and should be available by next week. A PlayStation 3 patch will be released around the same time.
As for the PC version, a patch will be released “early next week” that will not only fix lag, but other various issues such as sound dropping out, graphical performance, character voices resetting. The patch will improve both the server browser and dedicated server performances.
