Level 85 heroic five-man raids to be more precise. Epic items of level 353 will be lootable, and you need item levels of 346 to get in. Rare mounts return too.
Zul’Gurub was a 20-man raid deep in a troll-themed empire and was considered a real pain in the rear back when level caps were at 60. Zul’Aman was a 10-man raid for Burning Crusade’s higher level cap of 70. 4.1 also gives warriors a new Rallying Cry.
