Kinectimals adds bears

So your kid is starting to get bored of playing with their pet tiger or panther in Kinectimals - well, this Fall, Kinectimals will add bears, with a new edition of the game called, intelligently enough, Kinectimals: Now With Bears! This is why the marketing devision gets the big bucks.

The game features a new guide named Bumblina who will help the player and their new ursine best friend explore a new uncharted isle off the coast of Lemuria. The bear cub will help the player track Captain Blackwood’s progress when he explored the isle 200 years ago, with will uncover a mysterious new device.

Players can adopt and name one of five bear breeds, including a Black Bear, a Grizzly Bear, a Cinnamon Bear, a Glacier Bear or a Polar, or simply get a new cat as before (Lion, Royal Bengal Tiger, Cheetah, Leopard or Panther) to explore the new area. The pets can be trained to perform tricks like fetch, play activities including jump rope and juggling, and even master agility courses with hops, stops and balancing acts.

Kinectimals: Now with Bears! will have an MSRP of £39.99; Kinectimals owners can simply buy the “Bear Island” expansion via Xbox Live Marketplace.
