Fiction writer Neal Stephenson is disappointed with the state of sword fighting in video games, and has launched a Kickstarter to combat this.
He’s looking to produce a ”PC arena game based on one-on-one multiplayer dueling,” which is to be developed by his company Subutai Corporation. The game is currently known as CLANG, and aims to bring the most realistic sword fighting simulation to the PC world. A target of $500,000 has been set, with over a fifth of that having been raised at the time of writing.
Head on over to the Kickstarter page for more details, or indeed, to donate.
