Clint Hocking, a former creative lead on series Splinter Cell and Fay Cry 2, has joined up with team Valve for a position not yet announced. Hocking also stood as creative director at LucasArts.
He left his Skywalker employer last month but recently tweeted a pic of his son climbing the big valve-tap of a certain Half-Life developer. Whilst at LucasArts he never released any projects.
Whilst there he simply worked on ”unannounced projects,” details his LinkedIn profile. Clint Hocking is better known for his stint with Ubisoft’s Splinter Cell and Far Cry 2.
”I recently left my job at LucasArts and am moving on to something new. Unlike last time, (and mercifully less wordy) I already have something lined up and I am currently in the process of dealing with the living hell of relocation,” blogged Hocking. That relocation was to some Aperture Science employee prefab housing, surely.
How big is that valve-tap? Well…
