11 Bit Studios is bringing its “reverse” tower defense game, Anomaly: Warzone Earth, to PlayStation Network, and this version will include local co-op play.
Anomaly: Warzone Earth reverses the roles of the typical tower defense game in which players must successfully shepherd a convoy through hostile territory and enemy towers.
According to the developer regarding co-op, ”One commander controls the squad as the other plans strategy, while both use their reflexes and wits to deploy abilities and help to boost the other.”
The game was originally released in April 2011 on PC, and made its way to Xbox 360 a year later in April 2012. There is no set release date for the PSN version.
