Robot Entertainment has announced that owners of the original Orcs Must Die! on Steam will get a bonus when they purchase Orcs Must Die! 2.
Doing so will unlock a special “Classic mode” that will allow gamers to play on 10 select maps from the original game - but have co-op play on it, with all the traps, weapons and trinkets from the sequel. However, it will also add the monsters from the sequel as well.
According to the developer in the press release, ”Even the best players will have to rethink their tried and true strategies as they face angry mobs featuring all of the sequel’s new monsters.”
Orcs Must Die! 2 will be released exclusively on PC on the 30th July, 2012.
