bitComposer Games has announced a new classic turn-based roleplaying game to be developed by the Jagged Alliance: Back in Action developer Coreplay, Chaos Chronicles. The RPG is due to be released exclusively for PC in 2013.
The game takes place 200 years after a Warcraft-esque apocalypse where the lands of elves, dwarves and mankind are ravaged by the forces of Chaos. The land is now ruled by archwizards and their undead hordes, and the survivors have built their homes on small, secluded islands off the mainland.
Now, the Order of the Holy Flame has begun to send expeditions of knights into the mainland to explore and retake the old cities, which are laying in ruin and infested by orcs, goblins and other creatures. The harbor town of Rethgard is the lone fortress against the hordes on the mainland.
