Unbeknownst the users of Star Wars: The Old Republic, BioWare launched a live event with nary an announcement til the very last moment, as the Rakghouls have infested the Dune Sea of Tattooine, infecting characters and spreading their disease.
Rather than turning into Rakghouls, however, infected players can collect DNA samples from themselves, which in turn allows them to collect exclusive loot, like a Rakghoul pet.
Players interested in getting infected should be around level 20, the normal level for Tattooine’s Dune Sea.
