It’ll be priced around £19.99 and €24.99 in Europe. The Rock and Fire Sale map packs are part of the package, as is the 870 Express Shotgun. It originally released in May 2011.
It appears the PC community will not be treated to the Ultimate Edition, only the consoles. Homefront is a new IP for THQ developer by Kaos Studios, who have since closed.
