Along with closing many of their stores around the country, GAME has also suspended the use of Reward Cards - points can still be earned in any store that is still open, but they cannot be redeemed. Further to this, gift cards also cannot be redeemed, and they are not able to offer refunds or exchanges.
Also affected are pre-orders - no new pre-orders can be made, and they are also not offering refunds on pre-order deposits. Trade-ins on pre-owned hardware and the click and collect service have also been affected.
GAME management has only said that if anything changes, ”we will let you know”, and they apologise for the inconvenience.
