Paradox Interactive has announced “Ruler Designer”, a new downloadable content pack for Crusader Kings II. The DLC allows players to create, customize and edit a ruling character.
Games who want to create their own real-life figures or just create an entirely new monarch will be able to do so on the 17th April. The DLC will cost $4.99 USD.
