Developer Unknown Worlds has announced some free downloadable content for Natural Selection 2 called the Gorgeous update.
The first major addition is the ability of the alien side to have a similar teleportation mechanic that the human side has, in which the aliens can create two holes that they can use to travel across the board. The other major feature is the return of the Babblers from the first Natural Selection. They essentially serve as offensive pets.
Humans won’t be left out. Mechs now have a rail gun that can make smaller enemies explode into gibs. Finally, the new map, Decent, is set in space.
