As with Mannhattan, Rottenburg features new Steam and Team Fortress Achievements and unlockables, as well as new weapon upgrades, including a boosted rocket launcher. The Medic himself gets new items like the Re-Animator, Mad Milk Syringe, and Projectile Shield.
