Vblank has announced a major update for the Steam version of their retro-styled open world game Retro City Rampage, which will add official mod support and a new graphics mode featuring real-time shadows.
The mod support will allow players to create new vehicles, characters, fonts and color palettes, while the “Retro+” graphic mode adds real-time soft shadows and doubles the number of colors. The game will still retain an 8-bit more for “purists”.
