Fans have solved the Surgeon Simulator 2013 alternate reality game (and by solved, they brute-forced it, bypassing several layers to get the code to unlock it.)
The game mode that was unlocked was none other than performing surgery on an alien, to replace its “gobbleshaft”. Okey dokey, then.
